Your personal data
Vegandietcoach.net only processes your personal data if you use my services and/or if you provide this data to me yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that I process:

When registering for the 4-week free coaching: E-mail address
When booking a 1:1 online coaching:
– First and last name
– E-mail address
– Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in the booking process, on the intake form or during our meetings.

Vegandietcoach.net can process sensitive personal data about your health if you provide it.

My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, I cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal information about a minor without permission, please contact me at info@vegandietcoach.net and I will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis I process personal data
Vegandietcoach.net processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Handling your payment
– To be able to e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to carry out the service
– Offer you the option to create an account
– To be able to perform services
– Vegandietcoach.net also processes personal data if I am legally obliged to do so, such as data that I need for my tax return.

Automated decision making
Vegandietcoach.net takes no responsibility on the basis of automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without Vegandietcoach.net being involved. Vegandietcoach.net uses the following external computer programs or systems: MailerLite (for the 4-week free coaching) and simplybook.me (for online 1:1 coaching).

How long personal data is stored
Vegandietcoach.net does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for personal data: 1 year

Vegandietcoach.net does not sell your data to third parties. I will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. I work with MailerLite and Simplybook.me which process your data on our behalf to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Cookies
The Vegandietcoach.net website does not use cookies itself. Please review the privacy and cookie statements of MailerLite and Simplybook.me before signing up for the 4-week free coaching or an online 1:1 coaching.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account at Simplybook.me. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to me to send the personal data about you in a computer file to you. If you want to make use of your right to object and/or right to data portability or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to info@vegandietcoach.net. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Vegandietcoach.net will respond as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks
